The Pact of Shared Sovereignty

Welcome to the Sanctuary

At A Beautiful You (ABY), we do not ask for your sobriety, your credentials, or your “perfect” behavior. We only ask for your presence and your respect for the container we share. By entering this space, you agree to the following:

Own Your Magic, Own Your Mess: You are responsible for your energy, your actions, and your choices. We don’t police you, but we do expect you to navigate this space with self-awareness.

Consent is the Only Way: Every interaction—physical, emotional, or spiritual—must be rooted in active consent. “No” is a sacred word here. “Maybe” means “No.”

Privacy is Protection: Who you see here and what is shared here stays here. We protect the anonymity of our kin.

The “Harm None” Anchor: You have the freedom to be yourself, provided that “self” does not infringe on the safety, dignity, or sovereignty of others.

Come as You Are, Stay in the Flow: Whether you are high, sober, grieving, or celebrating, you are welcome. We only ask that you remain “participatory”—if your state of being prevents others from engaging in their own healing, we will ask you to rest or reconnect at another time.

Protecting the Container

While we honor your journey and will never shame or exclude you for your history or current use, we have a vital boundary to keep our doors open: No substances may be consumed or handled on-site.

To remain a legal and safe haven for our entire community, we must maintain a substance-free zone within our physical walls. If you are found using or carrying substances on the premises, we will ask you to step away and return when you can honor this boundary. This isn’t about judgment; it’s about ensuring our sanctuary remains a resource for the 80% who need us. Help us protect this space so it can continue to protect you.
